Library Director Receives Community Service Award

Euclid Public Library Director Donna Perdzock was honored with a Community Service Award on November 11 by the Cleveland Clinic Hospital System. This award was presented to Perdzock in appreciation for her contributions in making the community of Euclid one of the “best places to live.” In her nearly 40 years of service to Euclid’s library, she has had one goal in mind: to “provide the community with a good library they see as a resource for information, for entertainment and for education.” In this, the library’s 75th year of service to Euclid, the library has been recognized as being one of the “Top Ten Libraries in the Nation” by the Hennen Awards as well as a “Four Star Library” from Library Journal.

Perdzock is shown at the awards ceremony with Euclid Fire Chief Tom Cosgriff, Euclid Police Chief Jim Repicky, Mayor Bill Cervenik and former Mayor Paul Oyaski.
