"Clean 19" will offer tips each month on living Clean, this month I am asking you to focus on your goals

As much as I love helping people I know I can only do so much. 

My goal for “Clean 19” is to Empower people to take their own control and use resources to be successful. Successful in healthy habits, lifestyle, relationships, work… all are intertwined and must be nourished by you in order to succeed in long-term health and happiness. 

Many people have decided on changes to make in the new year, many cannot decide what to do first. 

January 1 does not have to be the day that will make or break your successful days to come. Everyday counts. 

So, for today:

  1. Decide if you want a change in some area of your life.
  2. Picture yourself as having that already, how will it look, feel and sound.
  3. Raise your personal standards to reflect that vision of yourself.
  4. Surround yourself with people who have what you want.
  5. Focus on activities that will make that happen for you.
  6. Do something more and a bit better each day toward you goal.

We get what we focus on, that’s how it works. 

I work with people all over the globe in different lifestyles with variety of wants and needs in life. The one thing we all have in common is the desire to continually improve our life, health and relationships. Relationships with food, family, jobs, whatever it is, we want more and we want better. I am a student of life and a leader of change, and I believe in you.
