Mike Yunis, Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Instructor

Mike Yunis as been with the YMCA since 1996. His health philospy is; "Physical Fitness is NOT an option... we routinely eat, work, sleep, etc., and we should exercise regularly. Placing a higher priority on mental and physical wellness is critical to our overall wellbeing. Optimize your life by getting and staying fit. Adopt a wellness lifestyle today and start living healthier and happier." His specialities are Cardio/Aerobic Exercise, Personal Training: Senior and Rehabilitation, Muscle & Core Conditioning, Running/Swimming/Cycling, Wellness Coach, Weight Loss, Fitness Event Management: Running, Health Fair, Fitness Demos.

Tasha began her fitness journey first as member here at the YMCA. In 2015 she decided to pursue her dreams to inspire more people to become fit and healthy. Not only is Tasha a Ceritified Trainer, she is also a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She specializes in Strength Training, Balance Training, Weight Management, Weight Gain, and Hollistic Wellness. Her health philospy is; "NEVER wait for a doctor to tell you to get healthy."

Ami is one of the many Y stories we love to toot our horn about. Ami also started as a member here at the YMCA. She weighed 250lbs in the beggining of health journey. After losing 100lbs she decided to help others reach their weight loss goals. Ami's fitness philospy is; "Exercise is about being a better and healthier person. I will do anything in my power to help you learn what you need to do to achieve your goals. I am a cheerleeader and not a drill sergeant, but dont think that does not mean I won't make you work. I strive to teach others the skills needed to make exercise fun and a life long habit." Not only is she a personal trainl she is Aqua Training Certied, Silver Sneakers Certified, Certified Tai Chi for Health, and Pound, Instructor. She specializes in personalized programs designed to help people move, feel, and look better.
