Parking Lot Resurfacing Updates

Handicapped parking restriping begins the first week in July.

In alignment with the 2017-2020 Strategic Plan, last month the Euclid Public Library Board of Trustees approved a proposal to resurface the public drive-thru book drop and to minimize the access stripes in the public parking lot to allow for additional parking for disabled patrons.

Resurfacing is slated to begin Monday, June 5 and the library drive-thru book drop area will be unavailable until the resurfacing is completed the second week in June. Respectively, the library will begin its handicapped parking restriping process the first week in July. Once completed, the lot will have six marked handicapped spaces, one of which will be a van accessible spot. The Library will also include new signage to remind everyone that parking is prohibited in the fire zone. Parking lot restriping is scheduled to be completed the first week in July. We appreciate your patience as we make the library a more welcoming place for all.
