Ss. Robert and William International Family Festival Volunteers are Thankful for Community Support

Ss. Robert and William Catholic Parish celebrated its sixth successful, but rainy International Family Festival August 11-14 in Euclid.

For four days, parish volunteers and friends offered their guests ethnic food and entertainment, games, prizes and the opportunity to attend an affordable, family-friendly event.

“We are so blessed to have so many incredible people in our parish,” said Father John Betters.  “We could not have done it without our dedicated, hard-working volunteers who pulled together in spite of the elements.”  He also thanked the visitors who chose to attend the festival and the event sponsors.

The festival serves as a main fundraiser for the school.

“Each year our festival gets bigger.  It is important to the festival committee to offer many choices to our visitors, and to keep this annual event as fresh as possible,” states Betters. “Furthermore, our volunteer team is prepared to begin the planning for next year’s festival.  I am most grateful for their enthusiasm and their commitment to this fundraiser.”
