Euclid residents Cherish Thomas and Amy Steigerwald, both students at Bowling Green State University, were recognized for their achievements by the School of Media and Communication at a recent campus awards ceremony.  Thomas and Steigerwald received partial scholarships from the School of Media and Communication in recognition for their educational achievement and involvement in the school.  The event featured visits from BGSU alumni and Cleveland news professionals Betsy Kling of WKYC and Jessica Dill of Fox 8 who spoke of their respective experiences learning their professions through BGSU's campus news program BG24 News where Steigerwald is an active staff member.
