Cisco Students Advance to Nationals

At the Business Professionals of America State competition held in Columbus last month, two Cisco Networking Academy students qualified to advance to the National competition in Anaheim California on May 7th. Marte Kimbrough and Marc Edwards advanced to the National competition in Computer Network Technology. Marc placed third in the State while Marte finished in the top five. Kevin Hruska and Ajlin Novic also competed in the Systems Administration Using Cisco, finishing in the top ten. Both competitions focus on objectives covered in the CompTia Network + and Cisco CCNA industry certifications. This marks the seventh year in a row students from the program have qualified to advance to the National Competition. Congratulations to Mr. Roy Pignatello and all of the Cisco students, we are Panther Proud!
