Is your vision of health 20/20 for 2020?

What is your vision, goal and plan? I see the future of your health better than ever if that is what you want. 

As a Nurse Professional and Transformational Health Coach, clients I work with seek to understand their chronic diseases and actively participate in their care.  I am able to work on tapping into their self-awareness, providing support, accountability, developing and following action plans for healthier behaviors. Working with an integrative wellness model, which incorporates their evidence-based conventional medical care with complementary medicine, and lifestyle modification attaining sought after wellness goals. 

A new decade is here and for many of you it is new start and for some it is another year over. 

Whatever the story is, what are ya gonna do differently this time and what result are you expecting? 

New life, new goals, new career, new friends, smaller pants, less days sick, less pain, more money, happy, healthy, humble, rich!...The list can be endless!

Whatever the want is, First start with your reason for having it. What is your goal, what is important about that? What will make this goal inevitable?

Next, imagine you have already achieved it. See it, smell it, feel it, use all your senses to be in the now with your new you. 

Envision every detail as if you are living out the goal right now.

It is important to be crystal clear and detailed so you are drawn to activities, events, people and places that will support you in obtaining this goal. 

Have a notebook or journal handy, write out your goal, details of the vision and reasons why this is important right now more than before. 

To help, imagine your favorite athlete, inventor, leader, the person at work driven to do a great job. Success in any goal starts with the vision and then the plan.

Now, for the plan. Make room in your life to carry out your plan.  In order to bring in new, the old has to go! What can you get rid of now to make room for your plan. Consider, environment at home, work and social,  spiritual and food, habits, family and friends, Clear out whatever is pulling life out of you instead of building you up. 

New year, new decade, new way of achieving your goals. 


1. What do you want?

2. What is important about this now more that ever?

3. What exactly does my goal look, feel and sound like?

4. How will I know (and others know) when I have it?  

5. What will I clear out in order to bring on the new me?!

All success starts with a vision, having a plan, seeing clearly your end result.
