Cortina’s opens at 5 am on Monday through Saturday and 6 am on Sunday. I love getting up early and going out to breakfast at Cortina’s. Located at 22681 Euclid Ave. they are open every day till 3 pm.

The prices are reasonable, and the portions are large. The servers are all efficient and friendly. (Sherrie is my favorite.) I usually get an omelet, but you can not go wrong with one of the specials.
