Join us for this free virtual yoga class.  We will go over basic poses, learn Sun Salutations, and introduce breathwork in this fun, vinyasa flow class for beginners or anyone who wants to fine-tune the basics.   Melissa Miller, RYT 200, teaches this class.  

Virtual Living History: Mary Church Terrell

Join us this evening as Mary Church Terrell visits us virtually! Terrell, born during the Civil War, was one of the first African-American women to earn a college degree and became known as a national activist for civil rights and suffrage. Tonight’s program is an all-ages performance of Mary Church Terrell, portrayed by living history performer Sherrie Tolliver from Women in History, followed by a live Q&A.

Join us live on Zoom to learn about and make simple accordion books. Yours can be text-based, photo-based, or a comic or scrapbook. All you'll need is paper, writing implements, any desired scraps or photos, and scissors.
