Join us for a special storytime that will get your body moving and stretching. Designed for kids Pre-K to 1st grade, this storytime will help develop body awareness, mindfulness, and a sense of calm. Parents and caregivers are also welcome to participate. No yoga mat needed, just an open patch of floor to sit on.  

Discovering Your Roots: Teen Family History Program

Prepare to travel back in time. We are going to acquaint ourselves with family members who came before us. Using tools like census records, family interviews, and heirlooms, we will do our best to find our family's place in history. 

Community Support with Angela Flowers

Do you need a safe space to exist, collect your thoughts, and share your pain as you mourn the loss of Black lives around the country? Join us for a community support conversation facilitated by Angela Flowers, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSSA, LISW-S. Share your thoughts and experiences and receive comfort from fellow community members as you forge a path forward. 

Virtual Pajama Party Storytime

Get on your jammies and bring your favorite stuffed animal for a virtual pajama party! Together we'll enjoy some bedtime stories, sing some songs, and have a special stuffed animal show and tell. Ages 3-7.

Looking for a place to read and explore your favorite superheroes and supervillains? Have you ever tried to create your own superhero or supervillain? How would they match up against Captain Marvel or Superman? This is the perfect place for us to talk about all things superhero. Hope to see you there.

Mindy McGinnis is the author of several acclaimed books for young adults, including The Female of the Species, Heroine, and A Madness So Discreet. Rising 8th graders might recognize Mindy's name from the summer reading list. Her book Not a Drop to Drink is on the list! 

Join Mr. Ray as he chats with Mindy on Instagram Live about her books and what it's like to be an author. No registration required -- tune in at 3:00 PM on the library's Instagram page @euclid_library. You can type any questions you have for Mindy in the chatbox during the program. 

  

Virtual Origami Party

Do you have paper at home? Well, that's all you need for our program to learn how to make awesome origami creations. We will follow a couple of different patterns and end up with a paper airplane, a fortune teller, a flower, and a dog. Folding paper has never been quite so fun!
