Euclid City Services

Euclid City Hall will be closed to the public through Monday, 4/6/20 however, as we are public servants, our services will still be available as best as possible.

City Council – 216-289-8123

Until further notice Euclid City Council will not be meeting on the regularly scheduled dates and there will be no Council Committee meetings scheduled.  Euclid residents should still communicate with Council members should they have an issue that needs to be addressed.

Tax Department – 216-289-2722
2019 Municipal Tax forms can be mailed or dropped off in the Tax Box located by the entrance of City Hall. Please know the tax filing date has been extended to July 15, 2020. Staff will process and take phone calls and emails to support residents.

Vitals – 216-289-2843

The Vital Statistic Office will be closed to the public.  Please contact them at 216-289-2843 to process your order.

Recreation – 216-289-8114
All registration is available online however current programming has been suspended.  Staff will also be available to answer phone calls.  C.E. Orr Arena and the Senior Center are closed at this time. All transportation services provided through the Senior Center are suspended.  Home delivered meal service is continuing however there is now a waiting list for new participants.

Building and Housing Departments – 216-289-8127
At this time, all inspections will continue.  Application processing will continue only via email or fax.  All payments must be completed with a credit card. 

Planning and Development  216-289- 2830
Zoning inspections will continue.  ARB scheduled for March 26, 2020 at 7pm has been cancelled.

Service Department – 216-289-2701
The Service Department is suspending the snaking of drains at this time.  There will be no interruption in garbage and recycling curbside pick-up.

Reception – 216-289-2700
Reception will remain on schedule to handle the influx of calls and direct residents to the appropriate department.

EDCOR – 216-289-4625

EDCOR payments can be made by mail or by dropping off in the tax drop off box located by the entrance to City Hall.  For all further inquiries, please call 216-289-4625.

Cleveland Housing Network – 216-350-8008

The satellite office for CHN, located in City Hall is temporarily closed.  Unfortunately, the City can’t assist with requests regarding CHN.  They can be reached at 216-350-8008.

Providing ongoing services to residents of Euclid will remain our primary goal.  Equally important is for our staff to follow the CDC guidelines and the Governor’s Orders for Ohio.  As this is a fluid situation, some of the above may change.  Please refer to our website at www.cityofeuclid.com for the most up-to-date information.
