Health Hugs: Small things make Big differences

Natalie Jo Flynn, CEO and founder of Move That Mountain, offering a free coaching session, to get you on track.

“It’s a whole lot easier to stay well than to get well” These words were written on a plaque on the wall of a chiropractic office I was visiting. It was that small plaque with those words that changed my whole career path, seemingly in an instant.

I am Natalie-Jo, Coach and Founder of Move That Mountain Wellness Coaching I work with people who want to live a better life, a well life.

The words Stay well, and get well took me back 25 years in undergrad to a paper I wrote proclaiming my vision of healthcare and how we are to Prevent, treat, care for the whole person not just chase after symptoms of chronic disease, rather prevent and find causes of the many life limiting symptoms and side effects of deeper health issues.

See, when you learn to ride a bike, and you fall off, skin your knee and chin, covered in mud and somewhere you hear “you need to be more careful, I told you not to ride that bike!”  But did anyone notice there was no air in the back tire?

Maybe riding on a bumpy bike was all you knew until one day, someone put air in your tire and you now had a whole new experience riding that bike.

Smoother, more control, a nice ride, what you had once thought it would be like, but with that flat tire going unnoticed, you would not have had the privilege  of riding the way you knew you could.

This is how we are feeling.

We are tired, run down, stressed, trapped, bloated, irritable, sleepless and more.

Then one day you hear about one small change you can do to make your ride a whole lot smoother, without doing much at all.

That is what it is like working with a Health Coach.

I do not give a list of how to and things to do, no bashing your ideas and reinforcing your already troubled scenarios. I am here to make achieving your goals fun, easy and delightful, most of all to be helpful to your over-all well-being.

It is my privilege to be able to share with you my passion and desire to give everyone who wants one a chance to live their best life.

If you or someone you know would like to have a more vibrant and deserved life, reach out to me for a fun, relaxed coaching session, an opportunity to explore what areas in your life that needs recognition and support

-Discover what’s stopping you, slowing you down and keeping you from having the health/life change you want.
-Identify which foods, lifestyle habits currently bringing you down and what to do about it
-Develop a step-by-step plan to create a total body and lifestyle transformation.

Working as a practitioner, doctors, dietitians and other healthcare professionals do not have the time or the focus to help people stay encouraged to get lasting results for their health.

I found patients feel It is easier to default to old “safe” habits even though they make them feel worse.

You get the right system, support, and accountability so simple actions can result in big accomplishments.
Stop beating yourself up by making promises to yourself that sound good but do not last.

Slow down to the speed of life and see what you will discover.

Natalie-Jo Flynn

I am Natalie-Jo, a Personal Health  and wellness Coach.
A Health Coach is a master of habit change, an advocate for living a healthy, happy lifestyle, a teacher of transformation, and an accountability partner to keep clients striving to reach their ultimate goal.

A Health Coach does not prescribe medicine or take the place of a medical professional, they are the motivators to push the client toward lasting results and lifestyle change using holistic and natural methods.

A Health Coach sets attainable goals for their clients, suggests alternative ways to cope with setbacks, and supports their clients in the unmasking of the true meaning behind behaviors - unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. A Health Coach firmly believes that change cannot occur without accountability and sustained motivation, thus the important role of a Health Coach.

I've had 23 years in medicine and have taken a new path thats best for the those I serve. My mission is to Share my Passion and knowledge, strengths and experiences to connect people with their will to be well. Its easier to stay well that to get well, I guide, advocate, teach and support our community the best way I know how and I keep learning an improving myself in order to be my best for others.
