I am Natalie-Jo, Coach and Founder of Move That Mountain Wellness Coaching I work with people who want to live a better life, a well life.

As a society we have done an excellent job at getting us to where we are with our health and habits, now it’s time for a RADICAL upgrade.

We are over worked, over stressed, under slept and under paid. We are burned out, stretched thin from the never ending insurmountable to do lists, we know we a change but we don’t have the energy to do it! I imagine a world where everyone has a health advocate and I am part of the change in the way we do life cuz the old rules no longer apply!

If you are like me, you have whip lash from the daily quick fix this, don’t eat that, take this pill, drink this drink, stay young while trying to pronounce the name of the new super berry from a country in a place you never even heard of! Whew! 

I have spent my life surrounded by healthcare and illness, watching my clients beg for a second chance or a quick fix to their ailments.

My heart gets continually broken when I can see the way out with simple moves but they cannot and there is not much I can do to change that.

I see people paralyzed in worry about tomorrow and regretting yesterday so much that Today is not lived.

So Just for Today, ask yourself, 

1.What do I want?  

2.What will having that do for me? 

And most important, 

3.Who will be affected negatively if I achieve my best self?

I don’t ever tire of hearing your goals, success stories, places where you are stuck and need a push.

It is August and we have a few months before 2020 and I know I have my goals for the year, writing this is one of them.  My mission is to let everyone I can know that you have the right to your personal wellbeing, health and happiness.

I challenge you to write down your goal, picture it, believe it and take the first step to becoming it.

  1. 1.    You are your own personal health detective. 
  2. 2.    The most powerful thing you can do is notice how you feel at any given moment.
  3. 3.    What worked last time just might not work this time, we are forever changing.
  4. 4.    Our body is designed to be flexible, Mind and Body
  5. 5.    Understand your body is yours, and you are unique, your experiences are not the same as a co-worker, friend, even twins can experience the same thing in 2 different ways. 

 It is my privilege to be able to share with you my passion and desire to give everyone who wants one a chance to live their best life.

Working as a practitioner, doctors, dietitians and other healthcare professionals do not have the time or the focus to help people stay encouraged to get lasting results for their health.

I found patients feel It is easier to default to old “safe” habits even though they make them feel worse.

You get the right system, support, and accountability so simple actions can result in big accomplishments.
Stop beating yourself up by making promises to yourself that sound good but do not last. 

Slow down to the speed of life and see what you will discover.
