News from the Euclid Hunger Center

Lots of things are happening at the Hunger Center, and we invite you to stop in during business hours (Wednesdays/Saturdays, from 10:00am-1:00 pm) if you need food assistance, or if you’d like to see the wonderful work that is occurring.

THANK YOU, DAUGHERTY CONSTRUCTION!  We extend a heartfelt thank you to Daugherty Construction for donating and installing a new window for us.  All of our food deliveries are passed through this opening, and this larger, and easy to remove window will make getting our food inside so much easier.

HELP STAMP OUT HUNGER!  The postal workers in our city will be collecting food donations on Saturday, May 11th.  Please consider leaving a bag of non-persishable, non-expired food items near your mailbox.  All donations received will be given to our Hunger Center, and distributed to members of our community.

KICK OFF SUMMER!  Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 20th, as the Hunger Center will once again host a Kick Off Summer fundraising event at the Briardale Greens Golf Course Pavilion.  Dinner, Drinks, Music and Raffles are all included in the $25 ticket price.  We are actively seeking sponsors and raffle donations for this event.  Please contact Kay at 216-731-3329 or euclidhungercenter@gmail.com for more information.

EHC is located at 291 Babbit Rd., in the lower level of the Shore Cultural Centre.
