Helping Lives Bloom Gala: Everything You Need to Know

Tickets are nearly sold out for HELP Foundation’s inaugural Helping Lives Bloom Gala which will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.

Upon arrival, guests will make their way through the lovely orchid filled Stillwater Place and walk the grand red carpet.  The evening will include live entertainment provided by Ensemble Mercury, a Cleveland based string ensemble comprised of current students and alumni from the Cleveland Institute of Music.  Attendees will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, chef prepared plated dinners and an open bar.   The silent and live auctions are guaranteed to impress with tons of exciting and unique packages and vacations to bid on! 

The Helping Lives Bloom Gala will benefit the construction of a self-sustaining greenhouse for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.  The greenhouse will provide access to an adaptive environment with year-round growing capabilities.  Producing “farm-to-table” organic fruits and vegetables for group homes, supported living locations and our HELP Cornucopia Vocational Training Center.

For more than 50 years, HELP Foundation has served people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We provide residential, employment, transportation and day support services for adults, and summer enrichment opportunities for children.  Help supports pathways that give every person the chance to thrive and reach their full ability, contributing to a vibrant, inclusive community.
