We will be going over basic poses (asana), learning Sun Salutations, and introducing breath work in this fun vinyasa flow class for beginners or anyone who wants to fine-tune the basics. We will end the practice with some restorative poses and relaxation. We will move at a slower pace, focus on proper alignment, and offer modifications to accommodate everyone. Join us outside as the Hillcrest Concert Band celebrates the works of composer Leonard Bernstein, and bandmaster and composer Karl King, as both would have turned 100 this year.
