New Computer Sign-On & Printing System

New printing features available at EPL.

Last month, Euclid Public Library launched its new computer sign-on and printing system for library patrons. In alignment with the other CLEVNET libraries, users now have the ability to login to any computer at the library using their library card and bypass daily time limits when no one else is waiting.

Cardholders can print up to $1.00 worth of color and black & white copies free each day. Additional copies cost $0.25/color and $0.10/black & white per sheet.

“We knew the updated system would be a bit of an adjustment for some patrons from our previous system, but we were happy to hear so many compliments and positive feedback from the community,” said Director Kacie Armstrong. “In the past patrons were limited by how many pages they could print, and many users asked for the option to print in color. With our new printers, we’re able to support our community better especially those who rely on advanced printing features.”

Patrons who have lost or need to update their existing library card can obtain a new card free for a limited time at the library Check Out Desk during regular business hours.
