The Rishis Institute of Metaphysics awarded a $500 grant to David Smeltz. Exec. Dir. Of. Non-profit organization called Clean House, Inc. A newly established recovery residence for men. Smeltz authored a book entitled Clean...from Reggae to Recovery.  He performs musical venues for fundraising events to prosper Clean House,Inc.
