During the Party on the Patio at 6:00 PM, there will be a short program to celebrate the 40 years! So some history;

On August 12, 1977; then Mayor Sustarsic was the first person to hit a ball on the newly constructed golf course on hole number 1.   Then Administrative Director Tony Giunta was the second person to hit a ball on the newly constructed golf course on hole number 1.

So,

In honor and celebration of this 40th Anniversary, Families of Both Mayor Sustarsic and Mayor Giunta will hit a ball off of hole number one.

Then,

Mayor Kirsten Holzheimer Gail will continue the legacy of the golf course by hitting a ball off of hole number 1.
