Chief Meyer presents the plaque and shakes the hand of Joseph New, the citizen who received the 2016 Civilian Service Award for assisting in the arrest of a stolen auto suspect. Mr. New was on the golf course and observed officers pursuing the fleeing suspect, so he apprehended the suspect. Congratulation Mr. New and thank you for assisting the Euclid Police!
