New Group Exercise Classes
The Euclid YMCA is excited to be adding to our group exercise line up Fundamentals of Boxing, PiYO, and Zumba!
Fundamentals of Boxing taught by Chris is a clas you'll learn basic boxing teechniques with the fusion of plyometrics and strength to make a high intensity circuit. This class is guaranteed to get you the tone and powerful body of a boxer. Classes will be on Saturday mornings at 10:00am - 10:50am.
You no longer have to choose between the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates and the flexibility benefits of yoga when you choose this fusion class. Enhance your spirit, mind, and body as you blend a discipline thousands of years old with one that is less than 100 years old. Nicole will be teaching classes on Monday evenings at 7:15pm-8:05pm.
A step up from Zumba Gold which we already offer. Zumber fuses hynotic latin rhthms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba! Classes will be on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm-8:20pm taught by Brandi.
