“Tap Talks” Return in February at Euclid Brewing Company

Euclid Brewing Company will bring back its short lecture series in the brewery’s tap room on Thursdays in February. The Tap Talks will feature guest speakers who will discuss topics in the areas of history, manufacturing, science and technology. All talks will begin at 7 p.m. The speaker schedule is being finalized.

The inaugural series in October featured a poet, a historian, a policy expert and a NASA engineer. “As soon as our October series finished, our customers asked for more,” said Euclid Brewing Company brewer/owner Doug Fry. “People enjoy getting together over a beer to learn something new.”

Tap Talks are free and open to all ages. Attendees may bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. Beer will be available for sale.

The brewery is located at 21950 Lake Shore Blvd. in downtown Euclid. The tap room is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4 to 8 p.m. There are six beers always on tap, and pints, growlers, and tasting flights can all be purchased. The tap room doesn’t have a kitchen, but patrons may bring in food from any of the nearby restaurants, or from home. Follow Euclid Brewing Company on Facebook to learn about special hours, events and what’s currently on tap. The February Tap Talk schedule will also be posted there.
