Software Company Opens Permanent Headquarters in Euclid
After renovations: Fidelis Partners, Inc. now operates from this rezoned and renovated house at 26193 Forestview Ave., Euclid. The firm offers IT consulting services and software solutions for clients in the manufacturing, healthcare and financial sectors.
Fidelis Partners, a software company which offers IT consulting services, officially opened its headquarters in Euclid this past September.
The firm purchased a house on the corner of E. 260th and Forestview, which neighbors Ss. Robert and William Catholic Church. Working with the City of Euclid and local architects and contractors, Fidelis Partners rezoned and renovated the property with offices and conference room space.
“We broke ground in early 2015, but with the help of Anthony Hiti of HGF Architects and Ralph Fioritto of RF Fab Homes, we were able to begin working from the new office quickly,” says Mike Sweet, founder of Fidelis Partners.
Fidelis will continue to offer IT consulting services and the firm’s ERP software to clients in the manufacturing, healthcare and financial services fields from this permanent location.
Sweet says the result of the renovation is a modern office space that integrates with the parish and surrounding community.
Father John Betters, pastor, and Father Scott Goodfellow, parochial vicar at Ss. Robert and William Catholic Church are both pleased with the results.
“It is a win for both parish and Fidelis Partners,” says Goodfellow. “It allowed the parish to know that the buyer would invest in the property to help our corner of Euclid remain a showpiece. We also know that they share our values and will support our ministry.”
Sweet and many of his Fidelis principals were raised and educated in Euclid.
“We are deeply committed to this community,” Sweet says. “Many of us were raised here, we live here and we want to see this area thrive again.”
The Fidelis office redevelopment project is an example of urban renewal and community partnership that Fidelis hopes will in some small way inspire others.
“We hope our move to the rezoned space will inspire other entrepreneurs to consider investing in their local communities as they grow their businesses,” Sweet says.
