Volunteers Help Beautify Shore Cultural Centre

Volunteer group gardening at Shore Cultural Centre in Euclid.

Shore Cultural Centre in Euclid was fortunate to have a group of youth and adults from area churches (East Shore Church United Methodist, Euclid and Shoregate United Methodist Church, Willowick) volunteer their time on June 25th to help with various tasks, such as weeding. This group has been planning and attending youth work missions since 2008.  This is their 8th straight year of mission work - they were supposed to travel to Beverly, Kentucky (Appalachia) to work on homes in the under served population, but for various reasons plans changed and they decided to stay local and perform mission work in Euclid and Willowick.  This is their first "stay-mission" and they were excited to focus their efforts and resources within their own cities. Shore Cultural Centre appreciated them selecting Shore, and are thankful for their hard work.
