What’s cookin’ at Shore Cultural Centre this summer? A lot! Take a culinary class with Chef Dan, of the Euclid Culinary Bistro, and you will be cooking with class all summer long.

Summer BBQ:Thursday, June 18

Just in time for the 4th of July and grilling season!

Menu: Southern Style BBQ Chicken and Ribs, Potato Salad,  Macaroni Salad, Chef Dan's Secret Sauces, Homemade BBQ Rub

Cost: $35/person (single/first registrant), $10 for add'l members of the same party

(Simple) Elegant Cuisine for Couples:Thursday, July 16

A four-course romantic meal to impress your special someone!

Menu: Seafood Appetizer, Field Green Salad, Chicken Entrée, Souffle Dessert

Cost: $45/couple

Back-to-School Family Class:Thursday, August 6

Economical, healthy lunches that kids and parents alike will love!

Cost: $40/family (up to 3 members), $5 for each additional family member
