STEM Connections: Forces of Flight

The fifth graders from Arbor participated in a "Forces of flight- Engineering a plane" activity with the Engineering Connections students at the High School. Mrs. Simenc and Mrs. McGarry coordinated this STEM event (and several others) as an attempt to foster an early curiosity and participation in the sciences and to help students understand how STEM applies to their daily lives.
