Euclid Symphony Orchestra Spring Concert

Are you looking for a reprieve from the polar vortex and wintry weather while patiently waiting for spring? Come refresh your soul at the Euclid Symphony Orchestra’s third concert of the season on Sunday, March 9, 2014, 3pm in the cozy auditorium of Shore Cultural Centre.

The following program, under the direction of J.D. Goddard, has been prepared for your listening pleasure: Coriolanus Overture by Ludwig van Beethoven, Concerto per il Clarino (Joseph Haydn) with guest soloist, Kenneth Piatt, Lyrisches Andante (Liebestraum) for strings (Max Reger) and Finlandia (Op. 26) Symphonic Poem (Jean Sibelius). 

Tickets are $8 pre-sale and $10 at the door (cash only); children under 12 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.  They can be procured at Shore Cultural Centre which is located at 291 E. 222nd Street and Babbitt Road, Euclid. For additional information, please call 216.289.8578.

Founded in 1961, the Euclid Symphony Orchestra is a non-profit organization which features local volunteer musicians.   Annually, the Orchestra performs two classical, a holiday, a youth, and a pops concert.
