NE Ohio Credit Union Bowl-A-Thon Nets College Scholarship Funds

Port Conneaut FCU raised the most money and won the Golden Pin.

The Northeast Chapter of the Ohio Credit Union League raised $6,443 during their 4th Annual NE Chapter Scholarship Bowl-a-thon at Scores Fun Center in Painesville.

Leigh LaPlante, Business Development, LCE FCU stated, “The competition is fun, but the results are what count. We beat last year’s total by over $1,000.”

Port Conneaut FCU won the “Golden Pin” trophy as top fundraiser for the chapter’s annual college scholarship fund.  Other participating credit unions include Lake County Educational FCU, Acme FCU, Cardinal Community CU, Eaton Family CU, L.E.O. CU, and Lakeview FCU.
