St. John of the Cross finds niche in social action

Fr. Fortuna is a graduate of St. Ignatius High School, Borromeo Seminary and St. Mary Seminary. He was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Cleveland in 1980. Fr. Joe subsequently earned a doctorate at the Catholic University of America. He became Pastor of Our Lady of the Lake in February 2010, and continues to teach at St. Mary Seminary as an adjunct professor. -
Fr. John was ordained on May 17, 2003 by Bishop Anthony Pilla at St. John Cathedral. “After serving the wonderful people of St. John Vianney Parish in Mentor and St. Mary Parish in Hudson, I am so happy to be here serving the awesome people of Euclid at Ss. Robert & William Parish. Besides spending time with my family, especially my nieces & nephews, I can’t think of a better place I would rather be!” -
Fr. Sal was ordained on May 29, 1999 and spent his first five years as a priest at St. Hilary in Fairlawn. He was appointed pastor of St. John of The Cross, formed Nov. 29, 2009. He has two sisters and six nieces and nephews…and let’s not forget his dog Murphy. Hobbies include reading, traveling, perfecting his Italian, and a true passion for cooking.
