Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees
*** New Clients (includes one free class): $135 for Summer
*** Returning Clients: $150 for Summer
*** All Clients: 10% discount for 2 classes per week
*** Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Imani Church - In God We Build - Chinese Auction

The event is open to the public they can purchase one dollar tickets and bid on over 25 items ranging from Cavs championship memorabilia, Kendall, chocolate lovers basket, Cavs Championship Sweatshirt, power tools, Fitbit and other great prizes.
