Bike to the Beach Party

Ride your bicycle to the beach and enjoy a party under the stars! Join Bike Euclid in welcoming Cleveland Critical Mass for the Annual Bike to the Beach Party & Campout. Cleveland Critical Mass is a monthly bicycling event, always the last Friday of the month, rolling out of downtown Cleveland at 7pm. July 29, 2016 the ride will end at our lovely Sims Park, in time to watch the sunset (8:47pm).
Euclid and North Collinwood residents are encouraged to join in the ride as it passes through your neighborhood. A Euclid ‘Mini-Mass’ will gather at Cebar’s Euclid Tavern to join in at the intersection of East 185th St & Lakeshore Blvd. at approximately 8:30pm.
Food and beer will be available at the beach, you may enjoy one of our fine local restaurants, or pack a picnic (please no glass). There will be a fire to roast marshmallows.
Parking will be available the day of the event, after 2pm, on the lawn to the south of the Henn Mansion. We ask that you please do not park in the lot next to the Henn, as this is used by those renting the facility. Overnight parking will be available for those registered to camp.
So now you’re thinking, “Sunset and an evening under the stars may not be enough, I want to sleep under the stars!”. Perhaps you want to test out your new touring gear. Now is your chance. Overnight Primitive Tent Camping on the beach will be available, $5/camper. Simply bring your gear and register at the Bike Euclid table, anytime after 4pm. Break camp by noon, Saturday July 30. Leave no trace.
