Certified Housing Counselors from Cleveland Housing Network will be available to discuss your options, including financial assistance, on November 2, 2016 from 6:00-8:00pm in the Lake Room of Euclid Public Library, 631 East 222nd Street, Euclid 44123. Mortgage assistance for homeowners awarded unemployment benefits after January 1, 2014 is provided by Save the Dream Ohio.
If you didn't receive unemployment benefits, other options are available to preserve your home. Each homeowner's situation is different, CHN's experienced housing counselors can give you details on which the various types of remedies would be most beneficial.
Cleveland Housing Network is a HUD-certified Housing Counseling agency. All services are free and open to every one.

Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees
*** New Clients (includes one free class): $135 for Fall
*** Returning Clients: $150 for Fall
*** All Clients: 10% discount for 2 classes per week
*** Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Gentle Yoga – This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and relaxing way to end the evening!
